AFTER HITTING SUBMIT, USERS WILL BE REDIRECTED TO THE OFFICIAL PAYMENT PAGE WHERE USERS CAN SELECT PAYMENT ONLINE OR MAIL IN BY CHECK.

In 2018, nearly 300 teams participated in baseball tournaments held at the Sandlots of Salem throughout the spring and summer months!  Our experienced event hosting and baseball tournament running staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality baseball experience for your players, parents, and coaches. 


When registering for events, teams are required to select the appropriate competitive playing level in order to be properly placed for both pool and bracket play with like teams as indicated by their online registration form.  Sandlots of Salem Staff seeks to have all events run as fairly and competitively as possible. Please note final scheduling decisions are based on final paid team age level enrollment as well as at the final discretion of Sandlots of Salem Tournament Staff. 

 In order to officially participate in a Sandlots of Salem event, all teams must be paid in full prior to the official event schedule is released.  Official schedules will be released 5-7 days prior to the event starting.  Sandlots of Salem Staff cannot guarantee all scheduling requests but will do their best to accommodate your team and your baseball experience as best as possible.

TEAMS THAT COMPLETE THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM AND SUBMIT PAYMENT PRIOR TO OCTOBER 31, 2018 WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A VERY EARLY BIRD SPECIAL OF $50 OFF PER TOURNAMENT!

SANDLOTS OF SALEM REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AND ACCEPTED. SANDLOTS OF SALEM WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT START DATE.  THOSE TEAMS FAILING TO ACKNOWLEDGE CANCELLATION 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT MUST COMMUNICATE WITH THE EVENT DIRECTOR REGARDING OTHER POTENTIAL PARTICIPATION OPTIONS. THOSE SPECIFIC ITEMS WILL ONLY BE HANDLED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND AT THE DISCRETION AND AVAILABILITY OF SANDLOTS OF SALEM MANAGEMENT. CREDITS WILL ONLY BE VALID THROUGH THE LAST EVENT HELD IN JULY 2019.
